Privacy Policy

What we store

• Your account:your email address and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We don't get access to anything else in your Google account.
• Your costing data: the ingredients, dishes, packages and categories you save.
• Your plan and payments: your plan and its expiry date, and for each payment you submit, the method, amount, reference number, date paid and the receipt image you upload. Receipts are stored privately and only the admin can view them.
• On your device:a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and your chosen currency sign in your browser's local storage.

How we use it

Only to run the app: to sign you in, to show you your own saved data, and to send account emails such as a password reset link. Your costing data is visible only to your account. We don't sell your data, show ads, or share it with anyone except the services that host the app.

Where it is kept

Your account and data are stored with Supabase (database, sign-in and receipt files), the app runs on Vercel, and account emails are sent through Resend. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Deleting your data

Accounts that aren't used are deleted automatically, with a warning email first: free accounts after 100 days without a visit, and annual accounts one year after the plan ends without renewal. Records of approved payments (email, amount, method, reference number and date) are kept after deletion for our bookkeeping; the receipt images are deleted with the account.

To delete your account and everything saved in it, email hello@kwentangkusina.com from the address you signed up with. Deleting an account permanently removes all of its ingredients, dishes and packages.
